Yahoo Connectivity Problems

It appears as though Yahoo! is having connectivity issues among their MTAs. A notice to that effect was posted today on the Yahoo! postmaster blog. According to Yahoo! the connectivity issues started early this morning and are generating the following error messages:

"420 Resources unavailable temporarily. Please try later "

Mailers should expect to see the above error in addition to an increase in 421 errors that are sometimes associated with gray-listing/deferrals. Mailers should expect to retry mail bound for Yahoo! As a best practice Yahoo! advises that mailers wait 4 hours between retries when receiving deferral messages (transient failures 4.x.x. error codes).
