Yahoo! Feedback Loop Request Processing Delayed

Pivotal Veracity personnel learned today that Yahoo!'s feedback loop processing had been temporarily suspended last week.

According to the postmaster team processing was restarted today and that marketers do not need to resubmit their requests but just remain patient as Yahoo! attempts to catch up with the back log of requests during the last week.

According to Yahoo! they believe it'll take 1-2 days in order to clear the backlog. For mailers that submitted requests from October 5th till the present, the 14th, Yahoo! says that they should be caught up by the end of the week. If after Friday the 16th mailers don't hear back from Yahoo! and there's no response to their request they may consider resubmitting the request.
